Right of withdrawalIf you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract concerning BudnBed's service (the service fee) within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract (your booking).
To exercise this right, you must inform us, BudnBed Technologies, operated by Mandeep Kumar, Fanningerstraße 45, 10365 Berlin, Germany, email: hello@budnbed.com, of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement (e.g. an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawalIf you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you for our service without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your notification. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.
Expiry of the withdrawal right for services performed immediately
If you expressly requested that we begin performing our service before the end of the withdrawal period, and our service (the arrangement and confirmation of your booking) has been fully performed, your right of withdrawal expires upon full performance. If you withdraw before full performance, you owe us a proportionate amount corresponding to the services already provided.
No withdrawal right for booked stays
In accordance with § 312g (2) No. 9 BGB (Art. 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of accommodation for a specific date or period. Your booked stay itself can therefore not be revoked under the statutory right of withdrawal. Cancellations of stays are governed exclusively by the cancellation policy in our Terms & Conditions (Section 7).
